Sense Application

Overview

The Sense system consists of two main components:

1. sense band - A wearable device that you wear on your wrist to track your health and activity data
2. Sense App - A mobile application that you install on your smartphone to view and manage your data

To get started, you need to pair your Sense Band device with your phone through the Sense app. Instructions for installing the application.

First-time use

The sense band will automatically turn on when you plug it in to charge. Once plugged in and you have the application installed, you should pair the band to your phone using the Sense app. This can be found in the first time login page.
